The Cryoblaze 10" x 12" hot/cold packs are microwaveable and reusable. Reduce discomfort with non-invasive pain management. Heat and Cold are excellent tools to help the body repair and heal while providing relief.
Place Cryoblaze in the freezer for cold therapy - wrap with a damp cloth to prevent skin sensitivities.
Place Cryoblaze in the microwave for 60 seconds, pausing every 15 seconds to turn the bag to prevent overheating in one area - wrap with a towel and place on desired area.
*DO NOT OVERHEAT. BAG CAN BE DAMAGED OR BURST IF OVERHEATED.*
If using bag in both freezer and microwave, be sure bag is at room temperature before changing from hot to cold and vice versa.
